Hi, I'm Sarah - 

I spent years trying to logic my way out of burnout.

With a background in mechanical engineering, I was trained to find root causes and solve problems. So when my health started falling apart, I researched harder, followed more protocols, and pushed myself to be more consistent.

It didn't work.

Because the problem wasn't effort - it was that my nervous system was stuck in survival mode, and no amount of optimization can override that.

Learning to regulate changed everything for me. 

Now it's the foundation of everything I do for the women I work with.

I'm a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Sound Healing Practitioner - and I'd love to help you feel better in your body again.
