I know what it's like to do everything right - and still feel terrible.

Here's what I learned, and how it changed everything about the way I support the women I work with.

For a long time, I approached my health the same way I handled everything else: I tried to figure it out.

With a background in mechanical engineering,

I was wired to find the root causeunderstand the system, and fix what was broken.

So when my energy started crashing and nothing seemed to work the way it used to, I did what felt natural -

I researched more, followed more protocols, and pushed myself to be consistent.

And for a while, that felt like progress. Until I realized it wasn't actually helping.

The more I optimized, the more exhausted and disconnected I felt.

Like I was working hard and harder on a problem that kept getting worse.

What I didn't understand then was that my body wasn't broken. It was scared.

No protocol, supplement, or strategy can fully work in a nervous system that's stuck in survival mode.

My body wasn't lacking effort - it was lacking safety.

That single realization changed everything. It changed how I healed.

And it completely changed how I now support the women who come to work with me.

Your nervous system isn't one piece of the puzzle - it's the whole foundation.

Most approaches treat the nervous system as an afterthought,

or something to address once everything else is "figured out."

But in my work, it's always the starting point.

Your nervous system quietly governs everything - your energy levels,

your digestion, your hormones, your sleep, your ability to recover.

When it's dysregulated, it doesn't matter how clean your diet is or how consistent your habits are.

Your body simply can't fully receive, process or repair.

When we shift that first, everything else has a real chance of working.

What working with me actually looks like

My work focuses on helping you regulate your nervous system, rebuild your energy, and create the kind of internal safety that let's your body finally start to shift.

This isn't about discipline. It's not about doing more.

It's about learning to work with your body instead of pushing against it - in a way that actually sticks.

My approach is grounded in nervous system science and informed by functional health, Reiki, and sound healing.

I bring all of it together - because healing rarely includes one approach.

What my clients tell me, more than anything else, it that they finally start to feel like they have permission to stop fighting so hard. That this feels different. That things are actually starting to change.

That's what I'm here to help you find.

How my work is different

My background

I hold a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and am a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), Reiki Master, and Sound Healing Practitioner.

The combination might seem unlikely -

but it's exactly what shapes how I work.

The engineering mind helps me think systemically.

The energy and somatic training helps me reach the parts of healing that data alone can't touch.
