What is the schedule for Luminary?

We meet every Thursday evening, starting October 15th through November 19th , from 6–7pm EST. Six weeks, one hour at a time — that's all it takes to start rebuilding the foundation.

 

What if I can't make a call live?

Life happens — that's exactly why every session is recorded. You'll never fall behind, even on the Thursdays that don't go as planned.

 

What if I have a packed schedule and I'm not sure I can commit?
That's exactly who this is for. We're not asking you to add more to your plate — we're building a foundation that makes everything else easier to manage. One hour a week, with recordings if you miss it.

Is this 1:1 or a group?

Luminary is small-group coaching — you'll be working alongside other women who truly get it, with live access to Sarah every single week. You're never doing this alone. Luminary gives you live group access to the same foundational work, at a fraction of the investment — plus the support of other women walking the same path with you. If you want fully personalized, ongoing 1:1 support, that's a different conversation — reach out and we can talk about fit.

 

I've never done nervous system work before — is this still for me?

Absolutely :) Week one starts with safety and orientation, so no matter where you're beginning, you'll have exactly what you need to feel grounded and ready for what's next.

 

What is the investment?

Luminary is $425 paid in full — or choose a payment plan that fits your life right now, because this work shouldn't wait for "the right time" financially. This isn't just six weeks of calls. What's the refund policy?

Luminary is a non-refundable investment — we ask that you come ready to commit to yourself for these six weeks. Payment plans are available if you'd like to spread out the cost, so reach out before enrolling if that would help.
